Gable Engineering provided structural plans for this 6,000 sq.ft. shopping center. The building was irregularly shaped with a circular floor plan at the front of the building and two conical roof sections stacked together above. The structural design included designing roof truss joists over an irregular shaped floor plan. A glass storefront and lack of interior bearing walls warranted a steel moment frame design for vertical and lateral support of the building.
